Help Mister Jay Overcome His Tumor

Hi everyone! Mister Jay has been diagnosed with a Mast Cell Tumor in his left ear today, July 2nd, 2024. This is the beginning of a, hopefully, short and sweet process. With this diagnosis, the first step is to ensure the tumor has not spread to his organs via ultrasound. Assuming it hasn't, the second step is to remove the tumor in his ear.

Just these 2 steps alone have been estimated to cost $5,000. I remain optimistic that the tumor was caught early enough that it hasn't spread, the removal will be curative and no further treatment will be necessary. Jay has met plenty of people in his 7 years of life and everyone can agree he is the sweetest little pig. He has a ton of personality and the world would just be a better place with him in it.

**UPDATE**

Jay got his ultrasound done today 7/5/24 and the doc said there are no signs of spread to his liver or spleen, which is great news!! The next step is to undergo surgery in the beginning of August to remove the tumor. The tumor will then be graded on the malignant characteristics and the doc will recommend any further treatment plan if necessary (fingers crossed thats it). More updates to come! I cannot express how grateful I am for each person who has donated and supported Jay and I through this process.
