A few days ago, while I was searching for my lost cat (a black and white one), I came across another cat that looked very similar. At first, I honestly thought it was my cat. I tried to give him some food, but he wouldn’t eat. Even so, he followed me all the way to my home, and since then he has stayed outside my house as if he chose to trust me and stay there.

After a few days, I realized something was seriously wrong. He had a painful infection in his mouth. He was struggling to eat, drooling a lot, and there was even discharge that looked like pus. I knew he needed help as soon as possible. Today, I was finally able to take him to the vet at Pet Lovers Clinic. He is registered there as “Missy” under my friend Liannery Martinez’s name. The vet examined him and gave several recommendations and treatment options, but unfortunately the full treatment is very expensive, so I can only focus on the most urgent care for now.

I feel really overwhelmed because I’m already taking care of multiple animals at home. I have my own two dogs, two more dogs I’m helping (one of them is pregnant), and four cats. Even so, I couldn’t ignore Missy, because he deserves a chance to live without pain. I’m now asking for help so I can continue his treatment and follow the vet’s instructions as much as possible. I will also be sharing updates about his condition and recovery so everyone can see how he is doing.
