We are a group of experienced strategic consultants, coaches, facilitators, and change management professionals who have spent our careers guiding mission-driven organizations navigating growth, change, and uncertainty.

We continue to hear two community challenges. Organizations serving the common good often can't afford traditional consulting firms, yet they still need expert support to achieve their missions. At the same time, many highly skilled independent practitioners are working in isolation, without the community, collaboration, and shared infrastructure needed to build sustainable businesses long term.

Too often, organizations are forced to choose between expensive consulting or going it alone. Practitioners are forced to choose between independence or community.

Alt Shift Thrive is a member-owned cooperative built to provide a better alternative.

By bringing together experienced independent professionals under a shared, collaborative model, we expand access to high-quality consulting, coaching, facilitation, and change management services for nonprofits, cooperatives, and other mission-driven organizations. At the same time, we create a sustainable and equitable professional home where practitioners can thrive together.
