Help Miss Penny keep her leg.

Hello, my name is Dillon my friend Tanisha's little dog, Penny broke her leg in two spots breaking her Ulna and Radius. Penny just turned a year old. She is a happy sweet little dog who loves to play and unfortunately, when her favorite human was coming through the door she jumped off the bed a little too excited and landed wrong. Her doctor bills and the cost of surgery are adding up so I am reaching out to our friends and family to ask for help.
