Help Miss Kat Win her Battle with Cancer
Meet Miss Kat, she is a wonderful mother of 3 amazing Children, Taylor 22, Colin 18 & little rambunctious Max 6. Not only is Miss Kat an Amazing Momma, but she also ran our business Ride & Dine, where she would coordinate food trucks all around Phoenix for Special events, corporate events, Weddings, community events and if you ever had the privilege to work with Miss Kat, you know how much of a Rockstar she truly is. Miss Kat's whole world are her family, with her 4 kids(3 kiddos & a hubby) and our whole world was rocked in May of 2021. While our business had been shut down do to Covid 19, Miss Kat was having some health issues, thought to be related to Valley Fever, she was Rushed to the hospital for additional testing, where she remained for about a week. During her stay, Miss Kat underwent 3 surgeries, the 1st to remove 180ML of cancerous liquid from her right lung, a Full hysterectomy, Apendectamy, and a surgery to place stints into her bladder. Miss Kat was diagnosed with stage 4 Ovarian cancer. Wait, what??? How is this possible, we went from Valley fever to stage 4 cancer, WTF??? So fast forward to January, Chemo & Radiation complete and we get THE BEST NEWS EVER, Miss Kat is in Remission, YAY!!! To celebrate this amazing news we decide to take our UTV(Buggy) out to explore the beautiful desert in Arizona. After an AMAZING day, perfect weather, beautiful scenery, just a really great Sunday with the Fam, as we were heading home we were in an accident and rolled our buggy. I was driving(Im the 4th child) and while we flipped my arm flew out the window and my hand was crushed by the roll cage of the buggy. We know how to celebrate!!!! LOL, unfortunately my hand was crushed beyond repair and the Dr. had to amputate 3 fingers & 3/4's of my Hand, but I can absolutely live without a few fingers, the accident could have ended much worse and Im very grateful we were all able to walk away. Fast forward a few months, July of 2021 during a regular check up to make sure the Cancer was not coming back, we got some devastating news that the cancer is back and very aggressive, Boo!!!!! NOT the news we wanted to hear. The cancer is back, it is now in her Pelvis, Lung, Abdomen and Colon. Miss Kat is now in the FIGHT OF HER LIFE and WE need your help! COVID 19 shutting down our business of 11 years was difficult. Going thru cancer treatment, during Covid was difficult, but we are ready to face this BEAST 1 more time! We need help financially helping Miss Kat fight for her life, for Bills, treatment, Family time & whatever it takes to heal and make our Family whole again. We need prayers, please pray for.Miss Kat to heal and come out whole on the other side. Please help me save my wife, my family, my whole world!
