Help Mirtha enjoy life with her family

I am very fortunate to have both my grandmothers alive, but my grandma Mirtha is really special to me. She is like a second mother to me as my mother worked when I was little and she will look after me and my brother and a few of my cousins. She will pick us from school, cooked for us and spoil us as well.  Even when I was on my early twenties, I will go to her house to eat and just talk endless hours with her. She is a strong woman, who has lived alone for the past 5 years and still goes walking to the market and the salon. she cooks, cleans her house by herself and gives so much love to everybody around her. Unfortunately, my grandma suffered a stroke. Thankfully she was staying with my aunt who lives in Bavaro, and she crawled in pain to the door where my cousin sleeps and started banging so she will hear her, so she did.  They transferred her to the ER.
Once there, they told my aunt that she suffered a stroke and that she needed to be transported to another hospital with a neurological wing and the closest one was in La Romana (2 hours away), so they did. Once there, they "stabilize" her but told my aunt she needed to be transferred once again to the Capital City to have surgery.
at the Capital City, unfortunately for us, while checking her in as normal procedure nowadays they tested her for COVID and the result was positive. She has not presented any symptoms for COVD, but it complicates things because they dont want to open her scalp to operate, but she needs to have this procedure ASAP. So the best course of action is an alternative surgery, to do an endovascular (a non-invasive procedure), which will avoid opening her scalp, granting a better outcome for her age.
Where does the issue comes? Well, she lives in Dominican Republic, and in the Capital city there are only TWO centers with this technology  for the surgery and the one her doctor is at (CEDIMAT) is asking USD$30,000 beforehand in order to check her in. In addition to the medical cost my family has already paid since last Wednesday.
Please help us keep my grandma alive. She is conscious and responding to all questions lucidly.  Any help will be greatly appreciate it!
