Hello, this is Michael Quick and my wife, Mirna Arambula Quick. She has been battling dementia for two years, which has now turned into two types of Alzheimer's. She was recently put in a care facility after it became too much for the family and caregiver to give her the special care and attention she needs.

The cost of all this has been out of pocket as insurance will not cover the cost of her care. I have been laid off work for 6 months now and have run out of financial resources to continue to pay for my wife's care. This has been a very difficult and emotional time for myself and the entire family.
