Help Miranda renovate Hot Mama's Cafe!

I'm Miranda Williams, the owner and chef of the future Hot Mama's Cafe LLC. I'm inquiring some help on the renovations of the vintage kitchen building. Replacement of portions of a water damaged wall, damaged drainage pipes, build subfloor, installation of insulation and drywall for a required employed bathroom with a mop sink. Existing windows will have to be repaired and covered. Some windows will remain for ventilation and natural light as well as AC window unit instillation and a serving window. I am required by the health department to have 7 sinks in total, as well as adequate hood ventilation. As I have many supplies already, I am in need of a 3 compartment sink, flat top grill, and prep station and inventory. Replacing old electric panel and updating outlets will be additional costs as well. These are the main concerns and needs required to open and operate. All the funds will go towards these necessities. Please keep in mind, this business isn’t just for one person, it is a family owned business, ran by me and Maddie, my daughter. My oldest son will be doing local deliveries and hopefully when my youngest son becomes of age, he’ll join the business as well! In such an uncertain world, the one thing I want to be able to give my children is a chance at a stable, sustainable life and good work ethic.
