Help Minnie Walk Again: Support Her Recovery

Thank you for taking the time to read this. This is a very emotional and hard thing for me to do. On February 17th, 2025 I let Minnie out in my yard. When she came back into the house, she was unsteady, and her legs came out from under her. I knew something was wrong she was not herself. I called a emergency Veterinarian and got her right there. I was told she had ruptured a disc and needed emergency surgery. At this time, they prescribed gabapentin, and a pain medicine told me to take her home that night. She was in so much pain overnight I just hold her tight till am when I called my veterinarian she was seen first thing, and they told me she needed the surgery, or they could keep her for 10 days and keep her comfortable hoping some swelling went down. I was able to bring Minnie home after the 10 days stay on muscle relaxers 2x daily. At this point she is paralyzed from mid spine back unable move herself and wearing diapers. This recovery which is very possible with physical therapy, laser treatment and water therapy. This is going to be a very expensive road to recovery any help you can give is so appreciated.
