Help Minnie & Mose bring the community together through Food

Minnie & Mose is a mobile soul-food kitchen, launched by Terry Tyler, that brings the heart of southern cooking to the streets of the DMV metropolitan area. Named after Tyler's beloved great grandparents, Minnie & Mose offers authentic, home-style soul food recipes passed down through generations.

Our menu features classic dishes like crispy fried chicken, smoky collard greens, and creamy mac and cheese, all prepared with love and fresh ingredients. Beyond nourishing bodies, Minnie & Mose aims to nurture souls by creating a welcoming community atmosphere that reflects Christian values of fellowship, bringing people closer to Jesus Christ through the shared experience of good food and warm hospitality.

Our mission is to preserve and share the rich flavors of soul food while creating a sense of community around our mobile kitchen. We aim to offer a taste of home to those far from their Southern roots and introduce the comfort of soul food to new audiences.
