Sweet minky is asking for help. If anybody truly knows me, they know that I remain on this earth solely for my animals!! I'd be nothing without them. Minky was a stray, she was caught and released by the pet resource center and plopped herself in front of our home over 2 years ago. She couldn't have picked a better home to wander herself to. After an initial vet visit, it was determined that she had FIV (this compromises her immune system immensely) and requires around-the-clock monitoring and vet visits, including making sure my home is germ-free so she doesn't catch anything. Her condition has compromised so much at her young age already and hes sadly declining infront of my eyes. Medications have been a hit or miss since she gets the side effects from most. Her gums are inflammed and its noticeabley painful.. trying to eat food is a struggle unless it's mush for her. The next step would be to extract teeth to relieve pain and stop further infection in her teeth, gums, and possibly jaw.

This requires the funds that I cannot meet due to having 2 other animals, and 1 income that barely supports me after everything.

Pet insurance isn't an option as they consider it a pre-existing condition.
