Minister Charles Johnson is one of the kindest people I know, and he’s been through an incredibly tough year. In 2023, Charles suffered three strokes—on January 26th, February 25th, and May 30th. These health challenges led to him being placed on medication that caused severe dry mouth, which unfortunately resulted in all of his teeth rotting and needing to be pulled.

Charles is a devoted man of faith and has always been there for his community, but now he’s facing a challenge that affects his daily life in so many ways. Without his bottom dentures, not only does he struggle to keep his top dentures in place, but he also can’t chew food properly. Speaking has become difficult, and his confidence has taken a hit—he feels uncomfortable even around his own family and in public.
