Help Mindy recover from Hurricane Ida

I am fundraising for my good friend Mindy Murphy. She had to evacuate from New Orleans which has been devastated by Hurricane Ida. She spent her savings on a place to ride out the storm in Alabama. She is now almost out of funds, and her apartment in New Orleans is uninhabitable due to power outages and unnavigable roads. She can't stay where she is past 9/2. She is in dire need of financial help for basic living expenses such as food and shelter. Her rent is due, nonetheless and she must find housing for herself and Ollie her dog until it is safe to return. The estimates I am seeing for power to be restored are 2-4 weeks. I know for myself, when I see these natural disasters I want to help, but wonder how to best do that. I have known Mindy for 10 years, and she is always there to help others. When she lost her job in the beginning of Covid , she used her time and what little extra she had to help feed people in need, regularly going to the French Quarter with food for people.
