Help Mindful Fishing
Christine Lapeer is a mental health nurse who has worked in corrections and now alongside police helping people in the community get help for their mental health issues.
In her spare time, free of charge, she takes first responders and veterans out fishing as part of her passion project, Mindful Fishing, to help them with their own struggles with anxiety, depression, PTSD in efforts to give them an opportunity to ground and calm while enjoying the outdoors in safe company to get them back healthy to be of service to their communities again. She gets no funding or financial assistance for this and uses and shares her own boat, fuel, gear for the enjoyment and healing of others.
This past week, her gear was lost in an accident. She no longer has the equipment to take out first responders or help others. I was hoping you might be able to help in some kind of way to help a selfless person get back to helping others.
Any donation, seemingly small, will help her get Mindful Fishing going again.
Thank you
