Help Mimi with a fresh Start
Donation protected
On Thursday morning Piper’s beloved grandfather Robert "Piggie" Smith suffered a life ending stroke.
He was hospitalized and then in end of life hospice care tor three days with his family but he never regained consciousness and tragically passed away on March 7th.
As the family grieves the unexpected loss, the heartbreak has turned into worry. Donna has been left financially unprepared and vulnerable.
As a community of friends that know and love Donna, we are asking for your help to put a fund together to help her to get on her feet and begin to build a new life without Robert by her side.
Being immersed in grief can feel unbearable but when compounded without the ability to pay your bills it can leave one feeling entirely hopeless.
We want to rally and show Donna that she is not alone. She is loved by many.
Of course Piper will do all that she can to financially help Donna, but we wanted to open up this opportunity for the community to step in as well so the burden doesn’t fall on 14 year old Piper alone.
So many of you have asked us how you can help. If you can donate to this fund, we can help Donna focus on putting one foot in front of the other, and feeling secure even if just for a short while.
Thank you all for your love and support, we are beyond grateful for each one of you.
If you are not in a position to donate financially your prayers for the family are much appreciated.
