Help medical recovery for Milou

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted souls,

I am reaching out with a heavy heart, asking for your support in saving my beloved baby, Milou.

Milou was hospitalized at Summit Veterinary Referral Center on 3/4, for severe pneumonia. Milou had a CT scan performed on 3/5 which showed an uncommon but more severe form of pneumonia, called "necrotizing pneumonia".

This occurs when an infection in the lung causes massive amounts of inflammation and death of the lung tissue itself. In Milou's case, he has air leakage from his affected lungs, causing air to accumulate around his lungs. Milou is currently receiving oxygen supplementation, IV antibiotics, and continuous drainage of the air via tubes placed in his chest.

Milou hospitalization at Summit Veterinary Referral Center has left us with $24,038. bill and an additional $2160. at Veterinary Emergency Group in Redmond.

Milou is not just a pet—he is my heart, my joy, and companion. He has been my angel, standing by my side through some of the hardest moments of my life. Last year, when I struggled, he was my light, my reason to keep going. Now, I am faced with the heartbreaking reality that I do not have the financial means to give him the lifesaving care he needs.

I am struggling to cover the costs of his treatment and surgery. I am asking, with all the love in my heart, for any support you can offer to help keep my baby alive.
