My name is Madison, and I’m reaching out for help for my beloved cat Milo. He’s a sweet, friendly and charismatic boy who quickly became the heart of my family after I adopted him on May 19, 2024. Milo is a true family cat, sometimes my friends visit me just to see him because everyone adores him. After my previous cat went missing over a year ago, Milo became my rainbow baby, bringing joy and comfort back into my life. So many people love him, and he’s made a big impact on everyone who meets him. Milo was hospitalized for over 2 weeks and the bill just increased. I just want him at his best. Milo faced a serious health crisis. He had a blockage that required emergency surgery, and heartbreakingly, it happened twice. As a young woman, I don’t make much money, and the cost of these unexpected vet bills has become overwhelming. I am putting him onto pet insurance now that I know he is at a higher risk for blockages to occur in the future. I desire to do everything I can to make sure Milo gets the care he needs to recover and stay healthy, but I can’t do it alone. I know there are lots of fundraisers out there but I have given back a lot in my life even when I didn’t have the money, so I hope that in my time of need, I will be blessed the same way.
