Hello everyone! My name is Jazmine, and I am Milo's oldest daughter. I have come to ask for help from all of the people who love and support my dad! Many of you know my dad as very hard-working, determined, always on the go, going to the gym, and living a very healthy life...

On August 30th, he was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery on his legs. There was no blood flow going to them, so they were cut open on both sides of both calves, and only one side has since been able to be stitched back together. Since his heart is weak and he's on blood thinners, he is unable to get cleared for surgery, so one leg is still open and at risk for infection.

My dad has not been able to work or get any type of government assistance since his accident. Medical bills are piling up, especially being transferred via ambulance a couple of times and the month-long hospital stay, not to mention his house rent and car payment/insurance.

To the people who love him and support our family, we can't help his legs heal, but we can help with the mental aspect of his healing. He has 2 beautiful grandchildren that need him around for a long time. Thank you all for reading.
