Help Milo With His End Of Life Vet Bill

EDIT: (1/19/25) Unfortunately my sweet baby Milo had to be euthanized yesterday. He had gotten worse and when we took him into the emergency vet they said if we hadn’t brought him in sooner he would’ve passed within the next few days. All money will go towards paying off his last visit + going to the vet bill of being able to get his ashes & paw print. ❤️

Hi! My name is Nevaeh and this is Milo.

I have had Milo since he was 3 years old, I had adopted him from the humane society and I remember that day like it was yesterday. My baby is going to be 16 years old this year, I know the day of him passing is going to be coming at some point but I can’t bare to think of him suffering during his last days.

June of last year me and my mom took Milo to the vet because his stomach was becoming super hard, he wasn’t eating or going to the bathroom etc. That day we found out Milo was suffering from Mega Colon and had to be hospitalized for treatment that day. He had a procedure done to take out what was inside his stomach, they had told us they had gotten most of everything and that he should be okay. With him getting older I decided to switch him from hard food to wet but my cat was picky and fought me about it all the time. I ended up switching him back to his dry but I would wet it to make it softer for him, unfortunately about a month ago my cats stomach started to get rock hard again but this time it’s way worse then before. He hasn’t been able to use the bathroom in 2 weeks now, I’ve been giving him plenty of water and food. I’m starting to get worried now but me and my family don’t have enough to take him back to the vet.

His last bill was almost $3,000 dollars and we are still currently paying that off, and I know his next vet bill will be $2,000+ so I’m asking for help. Even donating a $1 will help a lot more than you know. I love my cat so incredibly much and I feel awful not being able to help him more than I want to.
