Milo has been my loyal loving boy since he was a puppy, filling my life with adventure, sass, and comfort for the past 7 years.
Just this month, Milo was taken to the vet for a minor cough, but things turned out more serious than I anticipated and he was diagnosed with lymphoma within a week. He’s started weekly chemotherapy IVs, along with holistic care like supplements, an anti-inflammatory diet, and extra time outdoors. I’m doing everything I can to keep his spirits high and his days full of comfort and love. Thankfully, Milo is responding well so far, with only mild fatigue as a side effect. He’s still his playful, youthful self, and my goal is to keep him feeling that way for as long as possible. With canine chemo, the focus is always on quality of life, and I’m committed to adjusting his treatment if side effects become too much for him. The weight of this journey has been and will continue to be heavy. Each week’s treatment is a significant expense, and while I have a wonderful support system for the emotional side of things, the financial burden is overwhelming.
Milo's not only my sweet boy but has also been a crucial part of my mental health journey, helping me through depression and anxiety with his gentle, loving nature. He has a special way of connecting with everyone he meets, and I want to give him the best chance at a happy, comfortable life in return.
Any support will go directly towards Milo’s care and help us continue this fight together. Thank you for reading our story and for considering a donation to help Milo stay healthy and happy.
