Help Millie Get Back On All 4 Paws - CCL Surgery

If you know me, you know Millie is my entire world.

Millie is 5 years old (DOB 01/09/2019). She is a Husky/Golden Retriever mix. She LOVES belly rubs, whipped cream, and going to the park - which is why we are here:

Millie tore her Cranial Cruciate Ligament (the dog version of the ACL) at the park on Saturday and needs surgery to repair it.

She was running with her besties at the park Saturday afternoon when I heard a dog scream at the top of their lungs, and then I saw Millie limp towards me on three legs.

We spent Saturday night in the Emergency Room, where we learned of the torn CCL and were told that she needed surgery if she wanted to walk/run on all four paws ever again.

The estimated cost for Millie's surgery is $4,000-$6,000, plus the rehabilitation requirements.

Millie is my girl, I'd give her my own leg if I could. Unfortunately, between owing taxes this year (yuck), $1,700/month student loan payments (double yuck), and working a public interest job (sometimes triple yuck), I am not in a position to pay all of this on my own.
