Miles has been my best friend and companion for years, and anyone who knows me or follows me on social media knows just how much he means to me. Recently, Miles' health has taken a turn for the worse—his heart and liver are failing, and he needs urgent medical attention. The veterinarians have recommended X-rays, blood screenings, and possibly a hospital stay to give him the best chance at recovery. Facing the reality of these medical bills is overwhelming, and I’m not sure what the future holds for Miles, but I know I have to do everything I can for him.
