Help Miles Brant & Their Beloved Dog Recover After a Tragic Accident

On Friday night, our family experienced a terrifying accident that changed everything in an instant. My nephew, Miles, and his beloved dog, Koda, were struck by a car. While we are incredibly grateful that my nephew escaped with only minor injuries, their dog was not as fortunate.

Koda suffered a broken leg, bruised lungs and heart, and several other serious injuries. He is currently on constant oxygen and receiving intensive veterinary care as doctors work tirelessly to stabilize him and give him the best chance at recovery. The road ahead will include surgery, continued hospitalization, medications, and rehabilitation.

As many pet owners know, emergency veterinary care can become overwhelming very quickly. Between the accident-related medical bills for both my nephew and his dog, the costs are far more than our family can manage alone.
