Hi, my name is Mildred and I am in need of help to buy a used car and pay for some medicine. I was hit by a semi truck and suffered a traumatic brain injury, which has left me with a disability. Many days, I am unable to get out of bed, and without seeing my doctor, I cannot get the medication I need to function and do my day-to-day tasks.

Having reliable transportation would mean I could attend my doctor appointments and receive the care I need for my disability. Without my medication, I am not able to function properly, and it affects every aspect of my life. I am very lucky to be alive and thank God every day, even though things are difficult now.
