Help Milchev Family

Hey you guys, less than a week ago my baby sister and her fiancé traveled to Bulgaria for a month to visit family. However, Kristin was admitted into a hospital (in a foreign country without Milko able to be with her + translate) and has to remain in bed rest and have an emergency c-section in a couple months. Please read below to see the full story and how you can help ❤️
If you asked me about my birth plan 3 days ago, this would’ve been the last place I’d see myself..but I believe that everything happens for a reason and in Divine timing. We are okay, we are in high spirits, and we need all fear/negativity/pity left at the door. Just love, positive thinking, and prayers in our field♥️
Upon a few hours of arrival here in Bulgaria, myself and Grant (no Milko, due to COVID policy) ended up in the hospital due to bleeding and uterine contractions. It turns out that I have a rare case of placenta previa, a condition that is unsafe for both Grant and I. We have been well taken care of the past few days, however this hospital stay has taken most of our travel/living funds. We are currently 28 weeks pregnant now, and still have time for things to shift back to “normal” with heavy bed rest for the next few weeks, but high chance of induced Cesarean at 36 weeks. I truly believe my placenta will move back to the top of my uterus where she belongs! However, the chance of vaginal birth is slim, and flying home is just too risky for us to feel comfortable with. We have so much support here and a great medical staff that I know will keep us supported, safe and bonded with Grant until we can come back home to the States. Recovery time puts us here until likely February 2022.
We are prepared for any outcome, and no matter what Grant and I will be in good hands. Thinking ahead to the least wanted and most wanted outcomes, we are planning ahead for major surgery bills, hospital check ups, living expenses for the next 3-4 months here in Bulgaria, and daily living expenses. We will also need to get nursery/newborn care items for Grant as all of our baby things are back home in the US!
The most powerful thing anyone could help us with is joining me in this visualization of my body healing and returning to its physiological state, praying for a full (36 week) term pregnancy and Milko being able to be in the delivery and recovery room with us. ❤️
Anything helps, and we are so, so appreciative of you. Thank you from me (Kristin), Milko and Grant.
