Help Milagro Beat Liver Cancer
Donation protected
Thank you so much for taking the time to read Milagro’s story and for helping us spread the word. Every share and donation means the world to us.
Milagro is an 11-year-old Jack Russell-Chihuahua mix with a personality as big as his heart. He’s a little ball of energy, full of spunk and charm, and has a habit of keeping us on our toes. Despite his mischievous ways—like stealing food, getting into trouble with trash, and barking up a storm—he’s truly a one-of-a-kind companion. He has a special love for his purple dinosaur toy, which he takes everywhere, and has brought so much joy and laughter to the Mendez family over the years.
Though he’s not always the best-behaved dog (he’s been known to have accidents indoors and will do anything for a snack that falls from the counter!), we love him unconditionally. His quirky nature and undeniable spirit have made him a beloved member of our family.
However, we recently received heartbreaking news. On January 15, 2025, Milagro was diagnosed with liver cancer. It's a devastating blow, and it’s hard to put into words how much this has impacted us. The thought of losing him so soon is unbearable. Without surgery, Milagro has less than a year to live. But if we can raise the funds for this procedure, we can give him an extra 3 years to be with us—to keep playing with his purple dinosaur and be the little troublemaker we love so much.
We’re reaching out for help because, as much as we want to give Milagro the care he deserves, we are struggling financially. This surgery is his only chance, and we’re not ready to say goodbye yet. Your donation, no matter how small, will make a huge difference in giving Milagro more time to enjoy life with the family that adores him.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting Milagro in this difficult time. Whether you can donate or simply share his story, your kindness means everything to us.
With love and gratitude,
The Mendez Family
