MILA NEEDS YOUR HELP!!!!
Donation protected
My name is LaTeciara and I’m raising money for my Emotional Support cat, Mila. In the past two weeks I have observed behavior from her synonymous with epilepsy in cats. Episodes of her falling over, limbs going rigid, and urinating on herself, unable to turn herself over. At first, we thought that she was doing it intentionally but after multiple occurrences of this it was clear something was wrong.
A little bit about Mila and myself. I brought Mila home my sophomore year of college, she was being given away on Craigslist from a woman who I’m sure had a pet hoarding issue. Nonetheless, I immediately fell in love with her. We placed her in a box I padded with blankets and drove her to her new home. Mila definitely took her time adjusting to me. She used to bite, and hide under the bed most of the time. Eventually I got this extremely cautious and unaffectionate cat to fall in love with not only me, but to fall in love with people again. There’s not a single person who has met her who can say she has a mean bone in her body. She loves hard, and she’s one of the most attentive animals I’ve had. When I’m hurting, she knows. When I’m stressed, she knows. She’s always there to comfort me, for the last 5 years she’s been a blessing in disguise.
I’m extremely worried and honestly panicked at the state of my furry friend, if you can spare it, please help us with a donation to go towards her expected vet bills. She will need an MRI and several other procedures. If she’s diagnosed with epilepsy she will need medication. The estimate is anywhere around, or upwards of $3,000, as this is a hefty bill I would appreciate any and all help.
I appreciate you all so much for taking the time to read this. Have a blessed day
