We are reaching out on behalf of my son, Mikka, a bright, loving young boy who is about to begin his second year of Middle School. Mikka is non-verbal autistic, which means that his intelligence , thoughts, feelings, are not readily apparent with his communication being a struggle.

Mikka uses an AAC device to communicate. This can help him share basic needs and connect with others. Things we take for granted, like a simple hello, is a an accomplishment for mikka. Despite these challenge , Mikka approaches is courageous and resilient.

As Mikka's family, we've explored traditional therapies and interventions. We understand and fully accept that autism is not something that needs to be "cured". Mikka is Neurodivergent .

However, we've been researching and consulting with medical professionals about stem cell therapy, which has shown promising results for those with autism in improving quality of life and communication abilities. Several families have reported meaningful improvements in their children's ability to connect and communicate after this treatment.

The treatment is expensive and not covered by insurance, which is why we're turning to our community for support.
