Help Miki Rebuild After Eaton Fire Loss
Donation protected
I have known Miki for over 20 years and all she does is give, and always be supportive. She is one of the many who lost her home in Altadena as a result of the Eaton Fire. The kind hearted, independent person she is will not reach out for help, or share this great loss. Please contribute if you can to help her get back on her feet as she has lost everything. For those climbing friends when you see her, let's also try to help her with some items to get back outdoors when she is able to reconnect again with a biner, sling, etc. All donations will be given to Miki!!!

hi friends! Miki is so grateful for the support. We are still learning g how to navigate GoFundMe together. Until she’s able to login directly here is a note she requested me to share.
…….
Hello my friends,
I want to thank you all for your warm care and generous support. I was stupid enough to think that I would go home in a few days and packed as if I was visiting a friend over a weekend. I found out later that it was the last minute when I evacuated. My (former) neighbors say that I could have died. I lost everything, except my life and a bag of belongings. The saddest losses are my keepsakes of my family and friends. I lost the photo of me, which my late father kept in his wallet. My brother found it after our father passed away and gave it to me. Since then, it was in my living room displayed. I lost my handmade album notebooks of outdoor adventure trips and other events. I’m sure you were in the albums. I lost those and all other keepsakes, and now I have only my memories of those people’s loves. I must cherish them. Thank you very much for having been such wonderful, caring friends. I want to make new memories with you all. Please stay healthy and live long to be able to do outdoor activities with me. Thank you very much. With a lot of appreciations.
