Help Mikey Give Seamus a Forever Home

My name is Mikey and I’m trying to raise money to help give the stray I’ve been feeding a forever home.

6 months ago I moved to West Mifflin and quickly took a significant liking to one of the homeless cats in my neighborhood. I’ve named him Seamus because he looks like an old Irish sailor. For months he was too scared to come anywhere near me. In the last few weeks, he’s learned that I’m the lady who gives him food and water. He sleeps at my feet on the patio and lounges in my back yard. We are becoming good friends.

Seamus has lost a lot of weight since I first met him. I’ve been putting dewormer in his food and I gave him his first dose of flea medicine. I was hoping to get rid of his fleas and get some weight on him before taking him to the vet, but I’ve noticed an infection under the matting on his tail and I feel that I should get him to a vet sooner than I initially anticipated. I haven’t saved up for what it might cost for him to be neutered, tested, treated and chipped.

Anything you may be able to give will go directly towards efforts to make Seamus comfortable and healthy, with the ultimate goal of bringing him inside to spend his life with me. We both thank you very much for your help
