Hi! I am Kylie and I am reaching out to the community to help my boyfriend get a van. Michael has Spinal Muscular Atrophy, which requires him to be in a wheelchair. Recently, Michael had to stay in a hospital for two weeks, due to pneumonia. During his stay, his wheelchair accessible van was involved in a car crash, and was completely totaled. So, Michael needs to buy a new one. Michael depends on a WAV for transportation, for doctors appointments, traveling, and everyday use. I am fundraising for $40,000 as the prices for a wheelchair accessible van can be extremely pricy, and he needs it as soon as possible!
