Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for our sweet family dog, Mikey. He’s a 9-year-old mini golden doodle who has been the brightest light in our lives since the day we brought him home in 2016.

Mikey spent the first two years of his life with me in Florida and since 2018, he’s been living with my parents in NJ who love and cherish him deeply. He’s full of energy, love, and that special golden doodle sweetness that instantly makes people smile. Mikey has always been there for us and now he needs us more than ever.

Today, we received heartbreaking news: Mikey has been diagnosed with cancer and is suffering from internal bleeding. He’s only 9 years old. Despite everything, he’s still trying to stay strong, wag his tail, and give us love like he always has.

We are doing everything we can to keep him comfortable and get him the care he needs, but the cost of treatment is more than we can manage on our own. So far his bills are already over $10,000. We’re asking for any support you can give — no amount is too small — to help us cover the cost of his cancer treatment and care. Every dollar will go towards his vet visits, medications, and procedures to give him a fighting chance to give him more time with his family who loves him so much.

Update:

Last week he was super down and throwing up a lot they took him to the vet for initial blood work and they ordered him to get an ultra sound which they did today (7/15) and gave him the diagnosis. He is currently at the oncologist waiting for the next steps. He needs all the prayers. They are keeping him overnight in case he needs a blood transfusion and the next step is possibly surgery to remove the mass but that could be very risky as it’s not a guaranteed cure.
