hi! Your friendly neighborhood golden retriever friend and her grinch footed furry one here. I took Mikey for his routine vet check up last week and they found a small tumor in his anal glands. Surgery is needed to remove the tumor. If left untreated it could grow in size and cause blockages and a secretion of hormones that could result in cancer spreading to other parts of him. Normally I could handle this emergency expense with my saving and budgeting, but this time is different. In the beginning of the month my mom was diagnosed with cancer so we have been dealing with that. To make matters even worse last week while driving home a car ran a stop sign resulting in a T bone collision and my beloved Honda being totaled. The unfortunate 3rd person involved in the crash and my insurance both stated that I was 100% not at fault since I did not have any stop/yield signs and so the right of way was mine. So I am also in need of a new car on top of everything. Won’t you please help me ensure Mikeys quality of life stays as good as can be so he can continue happily spreading smiles with his goofy grinchy self? I really hate to do this but I am left with little choice.
