Hoping to help my friend Mike Toms of Thurmont,MD raise funds to cover medical costs due to being out of work with an upcoming surgery. Mike suffered a major heart attack less than a year ago. He has since broke his foot which he recovered from but as a result of type 2 diabetes along with the foot injury he has developed a foot condition called Charcot Arthropathy. He has no choice but to have surgery or he could face amputation of the foot. The recovery period is at least 6months non weight bearing and it has already left him unable to work. He at this time does not have any income for essentials or bills. His wonderful parents are in the 80's and he is trying to not burden them with all of this. Mike as we know him would always give you the shirt of his back but now Mike needs us! He is in desperate need! If your able to donate TO HELPING MIKE it would mean the world to him!
