Help Mike fight heart and kidney failure

My name is Mike, and I've been battling medication-resistant high blood pressure and dangerously low potassium since 2016. My bp has unfortunately averaged about 210/120, my highest ever bp reading being 268/150 - (should be 120/80) and my Potassium levels have ranged between 2.4 and 3.5 -(Potassium levels should be between 3.5 and 5.0). I've tried seventeen different blood pressure meds with no significant or lasting results. I've been in the ICU a couple times, admitted to prevent stroke due to how high my bp has been. I'm in the hospital now again for the same and new reasons now including my heart being enlarged and allowing my lungs to fill up with fluid making it nearly impossible to breathe.

 

I've now been told that I'm in the early stages of heart failure and have kidney damage due to uncontrolled high blood pressure. I've lived in my RV at the beach since just before COVID because of a myriad of circumstances. For the last few years, I've lived alone except for the company of my dogs Dewey and Daisy but I had to put old man Dewey down a year ago at eleven and a half and it broke my heart.
Daisy is six years old and sticks to me like glue. She is all I have. I have been an Independent Massage Therapist since 1997 and now I'm sick and unable to work for the previous month. I have no idea when or if I'll be able to return to the work I've loved for so many years now.

 

In the meantime, without income I have no way of paying my monthly bills, feeding my sweetheart of a dog (who's being cared for by a friend while I'm in the hospital), or paying the unknown number of medical bills I may owe next, or affording the nearly dozen meds I will have to continue taking after I am released from the hospital.
