Mike has spent years exploring the outdoors and sharing his passion for wildlife with those around him. Together, we've watched cougars, bobcats, coyotes, deer, elk, badgers, and ringtailed cats, capturing their beauty with cameras placed throughout public lands. Over time, we've collected and been gifted many cameras, and Mike's dedication has led him to keep over 40 cameras out at once, checking them constantly—even in the middle of the night—to catch the perfect shot.
Recently, a reckless fire in our area destroyed all of my cameras and the last of Mike's cameras are burning as I write this. The fire hasn't just taken our equipment; it's damaged the habitat of countless animals and threatened homes and cabins nearby. While many have lost much more, this loss is personal—it's Mike's therapy and his way of connecting with nature. He also spends his time repairing fences, bringing water to guzzlers, and helping restore public land for everyone to enjoy.
With your support, Mike can replace his cameras and continue his work caring for the land and its wildlife. Even a dollar or two will help keep him busy and out of his wife's hair, and ensure his love for the outdoors and animals continues. Thank you for considering a donation to help Mike and the wildlife he loves.
