This is the 3rd time Mike has been hospitalized since August. We are currently at the VA in Fresno, CA. He has necrotizing pancreatitis. He has been out of work since January 16th. He has used all of his sick days and vacation days. Mike had his gallbladder partially removed in August. The surgeon said it was completely removed, however he missed part of it, and another stone dropped into the duct to the pancreas, causing a blockage. I have been working 1-2 days a week since this started back up in January. I am a flex employee, that only gets paid for the hours I work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
