On December 26, 2025, our family’s world changed in an instant when my father, Mike, was involved in a serious car accident in Washington State. He was transported by emergency responders and hospitalized with significant injuries, including a cervical spine fracture.

Mike required immediate medical care and continues to recover from his injuries. The days following the accident have been filled with uncertainty, medical decisions, and the reality of how long the road to recovery may be.

While our focus should be entirely on his healing, our family has been faced with overwhelming and unexpected expenses related to his hospitalization, recovery needs, travel, and other costs that have quickly added up during this already difficult time.

Mike is a loving father, grandfather, and friend. He has always been the person others could count on, and now he needs support as he works toward regaining his strength and independence.
