6/24 update from Kathie: Mike had a little bit of movement today which is great news. We should find out the results of his brain activity later tomorrow. He’s still fighting strong.

On Wednesday June 23rd, Michael Osbourne was in a bad motorbike accident. He was dead on the scene, but the paramedics were able to revive him and get him to the hospital. He is currently in the ICU. He has brain swelling and is on a ventilator unable to breathe on his own. He also suffered a broken ankle, tailbone, wrist, & ribs.
Mike is in the process of a job change and his medical insurance is set to lapse in 2 weeks. Mike is also the sole provider for his family. With him out of work the family will have bills and the stress of his recovery from this will no doubt be expensive and will amount quickly. He is the sole provider to his wife and kids and with the job change they have no income coming in at this time.
Mike is a loving Husband, father, grandfather and great friend. Mike has always treated his friends like family, No matter if he’s known you for a minute or for years. If you’re able to give or help his family in any way, let’s repay the love & make sure he’s able to bounce back without the undue stress of no insurance.
