Help Mike Live Life to the Fullest!

Hi All,
I'm new to starting a GoFundMe page, but I'm in need of some help for my brother, Mike!
Many of you know he is the best dad, husband, brother, son, uncle, friend, and coach there is. As most of you also know, he was diagnosed with a rare aggressive cancer, called Osteosarcoma this past October. He noticed a small bump on his ankle while he was playing basketball with his son. Mike decided to get the bump checked out when the swelling wouldn't go away. He got an x-ray, which led to other imaging and turned out to be a tumor in his heel.
Thankfully, the cancer hasn't spread, however he has been through a grueling schedule of Chemo and recently had surgery, which was a below the knee amputation. He will require additional chemotherapy as well as rehab as he learns to walk again using a prosthetic.
As you can imagine, it’s been quite a ride for Mike and his family over the last 5 months. Now as he begins this next part of his journey, it’s not just the diagnosis but also the financial burden they are starting to face. This is where I'm asking for help for them. A prosthetic leg is an expense my brother never expected, never mind the need for a new prosthetic leg every 5 years or so. His insurance company will only cover 1 in his lifetime.
Mike is young and active. He doesn’t just watch his son playing sports, he is a coach and is out practicing with him as well as playing basketball himself. He wants to be able to go back to working out and running and all the other little things he loved doing before all this rocked his world.
If you know my brother and his family, you know that are very special people in my life. I'm asking from the bottom of my heart if you could help out in any way, my family would be so grateful.
