Mike Kristufek as you all know has served as MLAC's General Manager for 6 years now. Mike has recently notified the team that he will be taking a leave of absence in order to heal and recover from a surgery related to complications from some heart-related issues.
Mike has not just been an outstanding GM to MLAC, but an outstanding coach, teacher, mentor, and friend to everyone he has interacted with. His dedication has influenced so many swimmers and helped to rise our club to a higher level of competition, programming, and meet administration. At this time MLAC would like to give something back to Mike by establishing fund to help Mike and his family achieve a smooth and worry-free full recovery. Your donation to the fund would help Mike and his family with meals and babysitting, and any amount each family can donate would be extremely appreciated.
Mike is and always will be a testament of the MLAC mission "We inspire our swimmers to be champions in life through perseverance and discipline while building confidence, self-esteem, life-long friendships and fond memories in a safe and supportive environment".
