Help Mike kick cancer in the butt!

This is Micheale.  He's 39 and a dedicated father to our daughter.  He has also developed cancer.  Unfortunately since he is a man, he doesn't qualify for most state funded healthcare programs.  We've been trying to get him a referral from our local free clinic for a biopsy and to begin treatment but it's a slow process.  

Mike has a growth in his throat.  It makes it extremely difficult for him to eat, breathe and even swallow.  He has lost a dramatic amount if weight and has no energy.  We've tried taking him to the ER (he sometimes starts coughing up blood) but they say they can't do anything, he needs to see the dr.  

Mike is proof that people can change.  When he and I first split up he was horrible.  Didn't pay child support, didn't help care for our daughter and just sucked as a human.  He grew up though and as he likes to tell people one day there was a huge pop as he pulled his head from his butt.  Since then he's been involved with raising our kiddo, is there whenever she needs him and moved back so he could see her every day.  He's become a good man and an amazing father.  

All moneys raised on here will go towards Mike's medical costs and we are willing to provide proof if people want it.  Mike's birthday was two days ago and Father's day is this Sunday.  Please help us make sure he has many more birthdays and Father's days with us.   My daughter isn't ready to lose her daddy so please help us keep him around.
