Mike is more than just an incredible employee—he’s family to us. At just 31, he’s been battling severe pain, yet he continues to show up every day with an amazing attitude, brightening the room and bringing positive energy to everyone around him. As a server, he’s constantly on his feet, but never once lets his struggles affect the warmth and dedication he brings to his work.

Mike is preparing for a full hip replacement, a surgery that will finally give him relief. However, he will be out of work for at least a month, and we want to do everything we can to help him focus on healing without the added stress of financial worries.
