Help Mike Gillich with his cancer treatment bills

Mike was just diagnosed with metastatic colon cancer. He is going to have substantial medical bills for his care. It is also very likely that he will have to take some time off of work since cancer and cancer treatment will cause people to be very ill. Anything you give will be greatly appreciated!
