Help Mike Fund His Cancer Treatment

Hello! My name is Jamie, and I want to tell you about the love of my life, Michael McBride. He is funny and intelligent, but my favorite thing about him is his passion. When Mike likes something, he LOVES it and goes all in, like fishing and Raven's Football.

 

Unfortunately, on March 18th, Mike had a colonoscopy and we were given the dreaded news that there is a large tumor in his colon and it is cancerous. Since then, it's been a whirlwind of tests and doctor's visits. He is scheduled for colectomy surgery on April 6th and we are praying the cancer had not spread past the colon.

 

This diagnosis has come at a tough time financially. I will be starting school soon and Mike is currently between jobs due to his health. We are just at the beginning of his fight and already, the bills are beginning to pile up. With your help, I'm hoping we can raise enough so that Mike can focus on getting better without having to go into serious debt.

 

Everyone blessed to know Mike will agree he has the kindest heart. The battle ahead will not be easy, but he is in good spirits and plans to kick cancer's ass! I started this GoFundMe because I see a lot of people who love Mike and want to help him through this challenging time. The funds raised will go towards paying his medical bills and medication.
