Help Mike & Ena adjust

My name is Phil Wong and I am a friend of Mike and Ena Maharaj.

In early December 2021, Mike was doing clean-up work for the winter when he fell from a ladder and broke his neck. Mike and Ena are now facing multiple unexpected medical expenses for which they do not have insurance. Exact costs are unknown at this time but are likely to include an electric wheelchair, home renovations to accommodate wheelchair access, care worker support and physiotherapy.

People who know Mike and Ena know of their kindness and generosity to others in need, anywhere they have lived. There have been many examples over the years where Mike and Ena have taken people (and animals!) into their home and lent a hand or a supportive ear. Now they need our help with this life changing and challenging adjustment. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated
