2024. What a crappy year. Speaking personally, it is arguably the worst year I have experienced in my 60 years of life. Financial struggles, the deaths of my stepmother and of several friends, health challenges . . . it has all been very overwhelming.

One important thing that the past several years has taught me is that if I need help, I need to ask for it. That is what I am doing now - asking for help. I need help with my December and January expenses. I am currently unable to pay for my rent, utilities, cat supplies, phone/internet, and so on for the next couple of months.
