This fundraiser is for my friend Mike and his faithful companion and dog, Bison. Mike and Bison have been inseparable for years, sharing countless adventures and a deep bond that only a loyal pet and owner can understand. Bison is a gentle, loving dog who brings joy to everyone he meets, and he means the world to Mike.

Recently, Bison experienced a terrifying emergency. While eating dinner, he began choking on his food and was suddenly struggling to breathe. Mike acted quickly and rushed Bison to the emergency vet. The vet said that Mike got him there just in time—Bison’s gums were blue on arrival, and he probably would not have made it if not for Mike’s quick thinking and love. Bison is now in the ER, in an oxygen tank, fighting to recover.

The funds raised will go directly toward Bison’s emergency vet bills. He is being held overnight, closely monitored, and receiving oxygen and antibiotics to treat what is likely pneumonia or fluid in his lungs. The costs are significant, and Mike is doing everything he can to give Bison the best chance at recovery.
