Help Me Fight Renal Medullary Carcinoma – A Rare Battle
Hi everyone,
My name is Michael. I am 31 years old. I recently got married to my best friend now lovely wife Stephanie on 2/2/25. On 2/13/25 I received a diagnosis that has shattered my life in pieces.
This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to write, but I need your help. I have been diagnosed with Renal Medullary Carcinoma (RMC)—a rare and aggressive form of kidney cancer. My world changed in an instant, and now, I’m in the fight of my life.
There aren’t many specialists who treat this cancer, but MD Anderson Cancer Center in Texas offers hope. However, the cost of treatment, travel, and ongoing medical expenses is overwhelming. I want to give myself the best possible chance at fighting this disease, but I can’t do it alone.
If you’re able to donate. No matter how small, it would mean everything to me. If you can’t donate, please share my story—it could reach someone who can help.
The doctors say without treatment I have 9 months to live, with treatment up to 2 years -but I know God has the final say.
Most of all, I appreciate your prayers, love, and support during this incredibly difficult time.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
My hope during this is share my journey and spread awareness.
-Mike
