Help Heimdall Walk Again – Hip and Knee Surgery Needed

Hi, we’re Mike and Shannon. We’re reaching out to ask for help for our beloved 3-year-old Chow Chow, Heimdall.

Heimdall needs a right hip and knee replacement to walk and play without pain again. He’s a sweet, gentle soul who’s brought so much joy into our lives. We’ve always done our best to help and care for chows in need, and now it’s Heimdall who needs a helping hand.

The original estimate for his surgery was $7,000, but our amazing veterinary team at Coronado Veterinary Hospital has generously discounted the procedure as much as possible. His current estimate is between $4,777.41 and $4,827.41, and his surgery is scheduled for July 23, 2025.
